19th Birthday Outfit
Using self-timer is not fun for taking outfit photos. Man, I conquered the hardship. Seriously, no one in my family likes photography. I need to hire a photographer. Just kidding! :p
My brother was actually very nice for taking this photo. Thanks, bro :P |

DIY Facial Mask (best for treating acne scars)
Hello, guys! Happy Friday and Happy Valentines Day :) Today I decided to post a skincare DIY and I am sure that most of the ingredients in this recipe can be found in your kitchen cupboards or fridge. If you don't have them in your cupboards, don’t worry, they are inexpensive. Some of you might be suffering form acne/pimple scars and this DIY is a great help in treating them.
The ingredients are:
½ Slice of Lemon
½ tsp. olive oil
2 tsps. honey
2 tbsps. Oats
1 teabag
This DIY is very easy and affordable to make. The
ingredients used are very beneficial to skin. The ingredients are very well
known in every skincare DIY and I’m sure you’re sick of hearing about it. I
tell you to listen and try these again because they do work!
Anyways, I’m going to tell you the benefits of each
ingredient for your skin.
Lemon
Lemon contains 5%-6& of citric acid and we all know that
it is rich in Vitamin C. Vitamin C is effective for healthy glowing skin. Lemon
juice also contains astringents which can lighten the skin and this is good for
acne scars. Sure you’ve also heard to put the lemon juice on your acne and
leave it overnight to cure the acne. This works too, but, if you have dark
skin, don’t use lemon juice alone as it can leave dark marks! I have dark skin
myself and I’ve tried it before and I’m not going to lie, it left dark scar on
my skin. Anyways, Lemon juice is also beneficial for the skin because it can
also kill bacteria that can cause to acne.
Olive Oil
Olive oil can hydrate dry skin. This is a good alternative to
relieve the dryness of your skin during winter time. When picking olive oil,
make sure it is unrefined and natural as this contains anti-oxidants which can
help repair skin damage and as we all know, anti-oxidants can help prevent
wrinkles. Olive oil also soothes and relieves chapped, itchy and cracked skin.
Honey
Like olive oil, honey can also act as anti-aging agent
and moisturizer. Honey can also help protect the skin Additionally the
natural properties it has can protect the skin from sun rays and facilitates
the skin’s ability to rejuvenate. This can also soften the skin by refreshing
your tired skin which leaves it hydrated. Ancient women use
this to keep a youthful, radiant, a smooth skin.
Green Tea
I’m pretty sure you know that green tea is good for your metabolism which can help you withyour weight. Green tea is also good for your skin and I’ve heard beauty gurus talking about this.
Oats
Did you know that in 2000 BC Egyptians and Arabians use oats for the beauty of their skin?Like all the other ingredients it can be used for treatment of acne and it can also help with the dryness of your skin. Putting oats on your skin will help fight the dullness and the flaky dryness of your skin. The reason for this is that they contain polisaccharides, which become gelatinous in water, thus forming a fine protective film when applied on skin.
The information above aren't made up. I have researched them and hopefully it will help you! :)
Step 1
Take a soaked teabag, squeeze it until the extra water is gone. Then open the teabag and put the tea in a bowl and add the 1/2 sliced lemon. Mix.
Step 2
Add two teaspoons of honey. Mix.
Step 3
Add 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil. Mix.
Step 4
Add 2 teaspoon of sugar. Mix.
Step 5
Add 2 tablespoon oats. You can add a little extra if you want and keep mixing until you get a pasty texture.
After you get this done, you can now then put this mixture in your clean face. Leave this for a good 15 minutes and rinse it off. That's it! :)
Take care.

Real Techniques Foundation Brush and Expert Face Brush
Hello, everyone! So today my parents went food shopping in
ASDA and I got bored so I decided to go to Boots because it was just right beside ASDA and I picked up 2 Real
Techniques brushes. I already have the Powder & Blush Brush and because they are really good, I wanted to purchase other RT Brushes. I was actually going to buy the Core Collection one but I
only had £20 so I picked the Foundation Brush and Face Expert Brush instead.
Later that day, I went to the Airport to pick up my brother from Italy so I tried
the brushes and I absolutely love it! The expert face brush is really good for blending your foundations. You should definitely try it. These are only £9.99 each which are very affordable.
Below are the photos of me with make-up on using the brushes.
Take care.
